1. Materials & Composition
Hand-cast using body-safe, platinum-cure silicone. Each item is custom and may have minor cosmetic or textural variations.
2. Intended Use
Adult novelty item for personal, intimate use by consenting adults 18+. Not a medical device, therapeutic tool, or contraceptive. Use only as intended and discontinue if discomfort occurs.
3. Allergy & Sensitivity Notice
Silicone is marketed as hypoallergenic, latex-free, and phthalate-free; however, those with sensitivities to silicone, alginate, or skin-contact molding materials should use caution. Patch-test recommended.
4. Lubricant Use
Use water-based lubricants only. Do not use silicone-based or oil-based lubricants (including petroleum, baby oil, or mineral oil) as they may damage the product.
5. Cleaning, Care & Hygiene
Wash before first use and after every use with warm water + mild unscented antibacterial soap or silicone-safe toy cleaner. Rinse thoroughly, pat dry, and air-dry fully before storage.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbing, or alcohol-based cleaners.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, direct sunlight, and other silicone toys.
Discontinue use and replace if there is any discoloration, stickiness, odor, cracking, tearing, or material change.
If shared, use proper cleaning and/or a condom barrier for hygiene and infection prevention.
6. Temperature & Environment
Do not expose to extreme heat, boiling, hot tubs, direct sun in vehicles, or open flame, as silicone may warp or degrade.
7. Inspect Before Use
Do not use if any damage, modification, or abnormal surface changes are present. If applicable, do not use if embedded components appear corroded, unstable, or wet and are not rated waterproof.
8. Variations & Liability
Due to hand-crafted, custom casting, variations in color, size, firmness, or surface detail are normal and not defects.
Use is at your own risk. Seller is not liable for injury, reaction, infection, or damage caused by misuse, incompatible lubricants, improper cleaning/storage, sharing, alteration, or exposure to damaging conditions.

9. Age Restriction & Final Sale Policy
18+ only. Keep away from minors, pets, and unauthorized users.
Due to the intimate and custom nature of the product, all sales are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges once shipped, except in the case of documented shipping damage.

Once the item has shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance, whether opened, unopened, or appearing unused. This policy exists to protect product integrity, hygiene standards, and customer safety.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance
Adult novelty products are classified as non-returnable for health and sanitation reasons. Once the product leaves our facility, it is permanently considered a personal-use item and may not re-enter the inventory chain.
Hand-Crafted Item Disclaimer
Each Red King’s Scepter is individually handcrafted using a Clone-A-Willy® platinum-cure silicone molding process. Because of this artisanal method, minor variations in color, texture, firmness, or surface details are normal, expected, and not considered flaws or defects. These natural differences do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or product credits.
Order Accuracy & Cancellation Policy
Customers are responsible for verifying all order details — color, product selection, quantity, customization style, and shipping information — prior to checkout. Once production or processing has begun, orders may not be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Damaged-in-Transit Policy
If your item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, you must contact us within 12 hours of documented delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of packaging and product damage, along with your order number. Because returns are not permitted, resolution, replacement, or partial credit is issued solely at our discretion after review.

Except where legally restricted, no implied warranties are offered, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By purchasing, receiving, or using The Red King’s Scepter, the buyer accepts full responsibility and all risks associated with ownership, use, cleaning, storage, and maintenance.
